1.
The machine may not be operated in fire and explosion hazard areas.
2.
Use by children and untrained persons is not admissible.
3.
The machine may not be used when other persons are in the working area.
4.
The electric supply connection is to be made by a qualified electrician and must comply with
IEC 64.

If extension cords are used, the plug and the socket must be of watertight construction. The
quality of the cord and the cross-section of the conductor must accord to the instructions and
comply with the electrical performance of the machine.

For oil or gas fired high pressure cleaners only the following fuels may be used: Fuel EL DIN
5160. Diesel; Natural gas L, natural gas H, liquid gas propane, liquid gas butane; Other fuels
may cause danger.

It is only permissible to use cleaning agents/chemicals approved by the supplier. The special
instructions for use must be observed.
8.
The thread connection for the high pressure hose on both ends and the thread connection at
the spray lance must be screwed strong and pressuretight.
9. The cover is not to be opened while in operation and when opened, the machine must be
disconnected from the power source.

DANGER: HOT AREAS With hot water operation, there are parts of the machine that become
hot. Do not touch these parts. Especially do not touch the non-insulated part of the spray
lance and the hot water tank in electrically heated machines as well as the exhaust gas so-
cket and the cover near the exhaust gas socket of oil and gas heated machines.

The high pressure jet may not be directed at persons, electrical components or the machine
itself.
12.
When operating oil and gas fired machines, an adequate ventilation must be provided and it
must be made sure that the flue gases are properly discharged.
13. Oil fired machines without primary safe control must be attended during operation.
14. For prolonged stoppage and for maintenance and repair purposes, depressurize the machi-
ne by operating and locking the trigger - exception: telecontrol gun.

Take into account the kickback force and in case of angled spray lances the torque. The
operating person must have a safe stand and hold the gun with the lance with both hands.
16.
The machine may not be used when the supply cord or other important parts - for example
safety device, high pressure hoses, spray gun – are damaged.
17. For maintenance purposes disconnect the machine from the electrical power supply. The
maintenance may only be carried out by an expert.
18.
For the defurring of the heating coil of oil or gas fired machines only the defurring compound
which is approved by the supplier may be used. ............. Protective clothes have to be worn.
19.
Only original spare parts and accessories of the supplier may be used.
