Entering the postage value manually

There may be particular cases where the optimail 30 fails to calculate the postage. In
such a situation you have to enter the postage value manually.

In the home menu:

• Press the key next to

briefly

The optimail 30 opens the product selection
menu.

• Select OTHER products.

• Select the desired option. In the example:

PARCEL FORCE WORLD WIDE FRANK
PAY.

The optimail 30 opens a pop up for entering
the postage.

• Enter the postage for the selected product.

• Confirm with the

key.

• Press the

key to return to the home

menu.

The postage is set for franking.
