Remove the knob and adjust the height of the high

flame by adjusting the screw, as shown in photos

13-14, usually the right capacity is obtained when the

flame reaches the oven’s dome center.

Put the knob in place and turn it counterclockwise to

the low flame position (photo 15).

Take out the knob and adjust the height of the low

flame by turning the screw as shown in photo 16; it

must be about half the height of the high flame.
(In any case, when on low flame, the oven

temperature must never rise, but be maintained)
