PROBABLE CAUSE

SOLUTION

Error - 000

QC has to be done every

12 or 24 hours. If QC

is overdue, “Error” will

appear. After 3 seconds,

device will enter QC Mode.

Please proceed with QC Mode.

Error - 002 Battery voltage too low

Please recharge the battery.

Error - 004 Operator ID error

Please scan or enter operator

ID again.

Error - 005 Patient ID error

Please scan patient's ID again.

Error - 006 Test strip error

Please scan test strip ID again.

Error - 007 Test strip has been used

Please insert a new test strip

and repeat test.

Error - 008 Test strip was pulled out

Please re-insert the test strip.

Error - 009 Low level control solution

Please scan low level control

solution lot number again.

Error - 010 Control solution expired

Please use a new vial of control

solution and repeat test.

Error - 011 Test strip lot error

Please check strip lot number

and repeat the test.

Error - 012 Test strip expired

Please use a new strip and

repeat test.

Error - 013 QC result out of range

Please check control solution

vial label and repeat the test.

Error - 018 Ambient temperature is too

low.

Please operate the meter under

the temperature of 50°F - 104°F

(10°C - 40°C).

Error - 019 Ambient temperature is too

high.
