If CHGOV DISABLE is selected, CHANGEOVER will be

disabled when the pin is shorted to GND.
However, CHANGEOVER may not be enabled

depending on the 5-7-1 VIDEO INPUT SET menu

setting.

Pulse

Loads the DEFAULT, and events 1 through 100.
