Each receipt starts with a 16 character upper case text header. To
customize the header text do the following:

CR/LF - CR - LF
CR causes a carriage return, but no line feed. LF causes a line feed, but
no carriage return. Choose CR/LF to get both (default).

with value 0000 (zero). 4 digits can be programmed, for example 1234.
