INTRODUCTION
3.1
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The flowrate indicator / totalizer model E115-P (also referred to as a unit) is an advanced explosion
proof microprocessor-driven instrument designed to show the current flowrate, the totalized flow and
the accumulated totalized flow, current and previous day total, and several historical day totals. The
E115-P is designed to detect flow direction and to show a positive or negative flowrate, totals for
both directions and cumulative totals.

This manual describes the daily use, configuration and installation of the standard unit (with pulse
input from a flowmeter) and its available options. The following figure shows the E115-P used in a
typical application.
