Sensor Light Value
The sensor light value gives an indication of the sensor health.
Light < 25
Excellent
25 < Light < 40
Good
Light > 40
Not Very good
It is good practice to verify the light value upon reception of the sensors and throughout their installation
process. If the light value is too high please refer to the troubleshooting section
The “Light %” is related to the strength of the light required to make an accurate reading on a sensor. A
sharp increase of the light value could indicate one of the following problems:
•
Contaminated or Dirty connection
•
Over bent cable along the sensor cable routing
•
Broken Sensor or Extension Cable
•
Damage Sensor Tip

Signal
The “Signal” value shall be used when further troubleshooting is required. These values shall be given to
the FISO representative assisting you in the process.
Signal > 88
Excellent
80 < Signal < 88
Good
Signal < 80
Not Very good
