You should have:
• “Out and About” pendant pre-fi�ed with a neck cord or belt
clip.
• Unused neck cord or belt clip, together with a small screwdriver
and screws.
• Charger cradle, power adaptor and a black USB cable, plus an
alterna�ve white magne�c charger cable.
The FirstCall “Out and About” pendant is normally supplied fully set-up and pre-programmed with all
Contact phone numbers. All you need to do is follow these few simple steps.

Only if you have ordered a pendant without a SIM card:-
You will also receive a small screwdriver and a packet of rubber
plugs for the screw holes. You will need to open the pendant by
removing the 4 small screws and insert your own SIM card into the
SIM holder on the PC Board.
You will need to open the pendant by
removing the 4 small screws and insert your own SIM card into the
SIM holder on the PC Board. The screws are easily lost, so use a
cloth underneath to prevent them rolling away. Carefully slide the
SIM holder back and up, and insert the SIM card with it’s contacts
facing down. The cut-out corner on the SIM card must match the
corresponding mark on the SIM holder, as shown in the photo.
Do not remove a FirstCall supplied SIM card - use in another device will incur very high charges.
