You can answer an incomming telephone call with the pendant and hold a normal loud-speaking
telephone conversa�on.
To answer a call, press the SoS bu�on while the pendant is ringing.
To hang-up the call, press the SoS bu�on again.
Any number of incoming phone calls can be answered without any addi�onal charges. The pendants
phone number is wri�en on the back page of this manual.
Remember that using the pendant to answer normal phone calls will use addi�onal ba�ery power and
require more regular re-charging.
Note: If you need to use your alarm during a telephone call you will need to press the
pendant twice, once to hang up the telephone call, and again to make the SoS call.
The FirstCall SIM account does not support outgoing phone calls. The very low pricing for the FirstCall SIM
is only possible by limi�ng outgoing calls to occasional emergency and test calls. Please see the FirstCall
“Fair Use Policy” in this manual and on the FirstCall website at www.firstcallmedicalalarms.com.au
It is possible to make outgoing phone calls with this device but you will need to use your own SIM card
from your mobile phone provider.
Important - Please contact FirstCall befor removing the FirstCall SIM.
