You can view the up to the last 90 heartbeats by clicking on the more displayed below the last heart-
beat received.
Typically the inTouch device sends a heartbeat to the Fireye message center during the least busiest
cell time hours. These are times when cellular traffic is usually at the lowest and costs to transmit are
also at the minimum. For the unit pictured above the heartbeats were established to transmit to the
message server after 1:00 AM. However, due to signal levels below the minimum required, the
inTouch system was not able to consistently report in at its regular time. When steady signal level
was restored, the inTouch system re-synchronized itself and began reporting in during its previously
established 1:00 AM period.
Just as you can display the last 90 days of heartbeat information, the Fireye message server also
stores the lockout history of the connected equipment. These can be viewed by clicking on the more
displayed below the last 3 lockout messages displayed.
