SETTING UP MULTIPLE USERS
It is possible to set up multiple Users under a single Account. This advanced feature is available for
Account Holders who may handle the billing of many transmitter units or who may require grouping
Users by district or region. Each transmitter unit may have a separate User who will configure the
unit based on their specific needs or requirements.
If your Account will require multiple Users, contact us at [email protected] or by phone at
(603) 432-4100. You will be issued a separate Account ID and password. This will enable you to add
new Users and issue passwords to them.
ACCESSING YOUR inTouch ACCOUNT
After your inTouch device is installed and Flame-Monitor or MicroM controls are properly con-
nected and verified, you can check the historical status of the equipment at any time. The Fireye
message center stores the last 90 lockouts and heartbeats for each piece of equipment connected. The
data is current up to the last heartbeat received. You can also view the details of each lockout mes-
sage, when it occurred and to whom it was delivered.
Through your internet provider connect to www.fireye.com and navigate your way to the inTouch
database. To access your account you will have to enter your User ID and password.
After pressing the SUBMIT button a list of all installed devices registered under your account will
be displayed.
