panel and the number (n) of positions after the decimal point.

The setting of the measuring system influences only the display. All parameters
are always saved in increments in the controller and are not converted into the
relevant measuring system until they are written or downloaded.
Values:
01 (0x01):
metric measuring units: e.g. mm, mm/s, mm/s
2
02 (0x02): reserved (cannot be set with MTR−DCI)
04 (0x04): angle measuring units: Degree e.g. degree, degree/s, degree/s
2
08 (0x08): for rotary movements: rot, rot/min, rot/min
2
15 (0x0F): reserved (cannot be set with MTR−DCI: increments)
Default: 01 (0x01)
Scaling Size 20D0h 02h uint8 rw
Number of positions after the decimal point
Value range: 0...4 (0x00...0x04)
Fix: 2 (cannot be set for MTR−DCI)
