Teaching in rack locations
1.
Start the software for the “webvisu” control panel.
Enter the following values to your Windows network settings to this end:
IP address: 197.168.178.1
Subnet mask: 255.255.255
The web interface can be found at the following URL:
http://192.168.178.10:8080/webvisu.htm
User interface of the visualization and control software
1. Insert a workpiece into the holding unit.
2. Advance the parallel gripper to the pick position. Click the scroll keys in the “webvisu” user interface to
this end.
3. Save the positions by clicking the “Teach” button.
4. Close the gripper by clicking the “Open/close gripper” button.
5. Advance to an idle position (scroll keys). In doing so, advance in the negative X direction until a new
workpiece fits into the picking station.
6. Save the position by clicking the “Teach” button.
7. Advance roughly to the first storage location – i.e. travel to the first rack location and advance the
gripper (control the gripper with the “Gripper” buttons).
8. Carefully position the workpiece flush in the storage slot (first storage end position).
9. Save the position by clicking the “Teach” button.
10. Open the gripper and retract it.
11. Press and hold the “Stop” key on the control console for 5 seconds in order to reset the station.
12. Repeat homing.
Teach-in has now been completed.
