Installation

Note

Installation should only be conducted by qualified specialized personnel

Mechanical installation

Note

 Protect the underside of the device against splash water, moisture and humidity by

selecting an appropriate mounting position.

6.1.1

 Observe the direction of rotation of the semi-rotary drive.

 Only use appropriate mounting adapters.

The angle position of the semi-rotary drive is sensed by the integrated potentiometer through the shaft

of the positioner. The shaft of the positioner can be turned in any way, since it does not have a mechan­

ical stop. But the permissible sensing range is 100°. The sensing range and correct alignment of the

shaft of the positioner is depicted on the underside of the housing.
