The indoor unit can also be installed in the following positions:
1 .
With the outlet on the right-hand side .
2 .
With the outlet on the back .
3 .
With the outlet on the left-hand side .
In order to carry out installations with outlet on the back and on the left-hand
side, proceed as follows:
1 .
Make a Ø 55mm or Ø 70mm hole near the outlet on the left .
2 .
Make the hydraulic connections between indoor unit pipes and outdoor
unit pipes .
3 .
Reposition the pipes in the indoor unit housing and secure them with the
specific plate as shown in the figure on the side .
In order to carry out installations with side outlets or bottom outlets proceed
as follows:
1 .
Remove the previously sheared plate (A-Fig . 4) from the chosen side .
2 .
Turn the pipes carefully and bring them to the desired direction .
3 .
Make the cooling connections between indoor unit pipes and outdoor unit
pipes .
Note
: Indoor units are provided as standard with the drain hose connection in
position A (Fig . 5) . If necessary, it is possible to move the connection position
to the opposite site . In order to do this, remove the plug from the initial position
B (Fig . 5) and move it to position A (Fig . 5) .
While making the fittings (Fig . 6) for the condensation drain remember that:
• The diameter of the condensation drain hose must be equal to or higher than
the one of the fitting pipe .
• Seal the joints and wrap them with insulating material to avoid the formation
of condensation on the hose external surfaces .
• Keep the condensation drain hose short and with a downward inclination
of at least 1/100 .
• Do not bend the condensation drain hose .
• After connecting the hose, check that the condensation water can easily
flow .
• To check drainage, pour water in the condensation drain tray (Fig . 7) .
