USE AND OPERATION

6.3 Working mode
During use of the machine, there may be emission of dust.
Use tractors with a cab with filters on the ventilation system, or use suitable systems to protect the airways,
such as dust masks or masks with a filter.
Operate the machine briefly and then check to see if the work performed is satisfactory. If it is not, re-adjust the
machine (see Chapter 5).
In the event of clogging on the rotor, before getting off the tractor and before any other
operation, apply the parking brake, and switch off the engine. Remove the ignition key
from the dashboard and wait until all the moving parts have stopped.
WARNING
In the operation of extending and closing the machine, lift it slightly from the ground, to
avoid damage to the structure.
WARNING
To avoid damages to the structure of the machine or the arms during changes of direction
or when reversing, raise the machine from the ground and uncouple the PTO, avoiding
operation with the arm and/or the shredding flail head.
WARNING
Do not let the flails turn when the flail head is raised from the ground. The possibility of
objects being thrown by the flails can cause serious accidents or death.
