Do not disassemble the product by yourself. If you need to disassemble the
machine, take it to Authorized Service Center.
Long-term storage
WARNING:
Follow all cleaning procedures after each use. Ensure the
unit is thoroughly cleaned before storing to prevent build-up of dried
paint which may cause blockages and stop the unit from working.
1) Remove the high pressure hose (17).
2) Remove the suction pipe (7) from the suction pipe inlet port (4) by
squeezing the dogleg pin.
3) Remove the return pipe (3) by unscrewing the nut.
4) Turn the machine upside down. Add 30ml of anti rust oil or protector oil
into each inlet port.
5) Set the prime/spray switch (2) to “SPRAY” position.
6) Hold a rag over the spray pipe outlet port (5).
7) Switch on the machine for 5 SECONDS by pressing the “I” on the On/Off
switch (9). Then switch off the machine by pressing the “O” on the On/Off
switch (9). Remove the plug from mains power after turning it off.
8) Set the prime/spray switch (2) to “PRIME” position.
9) Replace the suction pipe (7) to the suction pipe inlet port (4), and use the
dogleg pin to secure the suction pipe (7) in place.
10) Replace the return pipe (3) to the return pipe inlet port.
11) Wipe the sprayer housing with a clean dry cloth.
12) Store the sprayer and its accessories in a clean, dry location that far away
from children.
13) Do not store the unit in work places which are covered by the explosion
protection regulations. The unit is not designed to be explosion protected.
Do not operate the devices in explosive areas. Explosive areas are, for
example, places where paints are stored and locations in direct proximity
to the object being sprayed. Keep the device at least 3m from the object
you are spraying.
14) There must be no sources of ignition such as, for example, open fires, lit
cigarettes, cigars or tobacco pipes, sparks, glowing wires, hot surfaces, etc.
