passing out of it.
4) Set the prime/spray switch (2) to “SPRAY”
position (Fig.I4)
5) Aim the spray gun (15) into an empty bucket,
then squeeze and hold the trigger (12) until
most of the paint is removed from the high
pressure hose (17).
6) Lock the spray gun trigger (12) (Fig. I5).
7) Rotate the spray tip (14) 180 degrees towards
the spray gun handle (16) (Fig. I6).
8) Unlock the spray gun trigger (12) and hold
the trigger (12) to spray the cleaning solution
through the system. Continue spraying until
only cleaning solution is ejected from the spray
tip (14). Add more cleaning solution if all the
paint has not been removed (Fig. I7).
NOTE:
If the cleaning solution bucket becomes
cloudy with paint during this cleaning process,
skip to section “Cleaning the Suction Pipe Filter”
below. Once the suction pipe filter (8) and high
pressure hose (17) are clean, re-assemble them
and repeat steps 4 to 8 in this section.
9) Set the Prime/Spray Switch (2) to the “PRIME”
position (Fig. I8).
10)Switch OFF the machine by pressing “O” on the
On/Off Switch (9) (Fig. I9).
