* BUS2 distributors:
BUS2 distributors ( Ref.3240, 3241, 3250, 3251 )
The ‘BUS2 distributors’ are used on residential floors to distribute the BUS2 signal (audio-video-data) to the various
terminals within the apartment (monitors/telephones).
The BUS2 distributor is a device which is responsible for routing the bus from the panel to the active apartment terminal
(monitor/telephone), maintaining the power supply and the data signal on all monitors at all times. The distributor opens
the path to the active terminal (establishing point to point contact between the panel and the active terminal) and
prevents audio and video signals from reaching the rest of the branches.
- 2 or 4-output BUS2 distributor (ref. 3240 - ref. 3241)
· Only the following can be connected at each distributor output: a) 2 monitors. b) 1 m 1 telephone. c) 3
telephones.
· Maximum number of network distributors without repeater: 32 with 2 outputs or 16 with 4 outputs.
- BUS2 distributor BASIC with 2 or 4 outputs (ref. 3250 - ref. 3251) .
· At every distributor output, only the following can be connected:1 monitor or 1 telephone.
· Maximum number of network distributors without repeater: 10 with 2 outputs or 10 with 4 outputs.
