MODULE 5: TABLE (TIME: 1-2 HOURS) 

 

Important notes: 

 

Work carefully; this will benefit the print quality. Make sure that you don’t warp the surface of the table by exerting too 

much force /weight on the table

The goal of this module is to get the foil heater onto the aluminum 
plate. The picture above shows the back/bottom side of the plate.  

 

For illustrative purposes the view above is the top-side. Where you 
can see the countersunk hole. 

 

Clean the backside of the plate with detergent. 

 

SLOWLY and CAREFULLY remove the protective layer from the foil 
heater. The adhesive layer should remain intact as good as possible. 

 

 

Place the sticker without bubbels on the surface. By wiping it piece 
by piece on the surface from the middele to the edge.
