STEP 4:
Pull the membrane slowly onto the structure. Be careful not to let it catch on any element of the framework as it
may rip while pulling. Make sure the seams of the membrane roughly cover the pipe network of the framework
and the door opening is roughly in the right place. Keep the top edge of the front window low so that you can
easily reach it without the ladder.
Tip:
If you ordered an insulation liner and used only long screws for the whole framework setup you can exchange
them to the short ones in the area of the panoramic window. Don’t worry, the framework will stand tall,
just exchange the screws before you install the panoramic window as you risk scratching it if you decide to
exchange them later on.
STEP 5:
Attach the front panoramic window using velcro which is welded to the outer membrane and the panoramic
window itself. Start from the top left or right corner and join the top edge first. Make sure that velcro on
both elements fits together evenly. Once the top edge is complete, attach the left and the right side of
the window in the same fashion.
STEP 6:
Adjust the position of the membrane on the dome’s framework. Make sure the seams of the membrane
overlap with the pipe network of the framework and the door opening is in the right place.
STEP 7:
Attach the outer membrane to the door frame using the velcro on both elements. Make sure it fits evenly.
