Allow the engine to cool down.

Remove the cap.

Connect the drain hose and collect leaking

coolant.

The drain valve opens when the drain

hose is screwed on.

Unscrew the drain hose again.

Check the condition of the coolant.

Thoroughly flush the cooling system if the

coolant is contaminated by corrosion resi-

dues or other suspended matter.

Remove the thermostat.

Fill in clean water.
