Tank Setup

METHOD 1: FULL SYSTEM CALIBRATION (CALCULATED METHOD)

A full system calibration is preferred as it takes into account any subtleties and variances with the machine
metering system and product flow characteristics.

There are three variations on a Full System Calibration:

Count

(preferred & example explained)

Mass of discharge per pulse counts

Product is metered for a preset number of pulses

Enter the mass of product metered

Time

Mass of discharge in a set period of time

Product is metered for a preset number of seconds

The unit automatically counts the pulses

Enter the mass of product metered

Weight

Mass of discharge

Product is metered to approximate mass

The unit automatically counts the pulses

Enter the mass of product metered

Select the calibration method from the dropdown list
