Procedure

Remove the Shaft Bushing. (D900046)

Unlock the shaft bushing (D900046) by turning it counter clock wise.

(TIP: Lift UP on the tab to unlock the pin underneath the tab.)

Remove the Roller (D920015)

D-6

Replace with the new roller (D920015).

Use the E CLIP from the old roller. Make

NOTE:

of how this is placed on the roller.

Reverse assembly to complete the roller replacement.

A new belt (220082) may be replaced if necessary.
