Step

Procedure

Remove the cleaning roller Gear (D930361) to access the Ribbon Sensor.

From the front of the printer: Pinch the tabs to help remove the sensor from the frame.

PUSH the Ribbon Sensor back to release the tabs and remove the sensor.
