Sets the hours value for the JOLLY program
The value is written as TU, that is TensUnits (e.g.
#HJOL=12
)
If the Tens are equal to zero they can be omitted (e.g. 8).
The number of programmed JOLLY hours replaces the hours or days previously
set manually or via SMS.
The reply message shows the new value of HJOL


thermostat and the telephone number TEL3 (the number where the alert is to
