Once we receive the Fairphone, our technical experts
will diagnose the cause of the defect. If the diagnosis
shows that your Fairphone indeed had a manufacturing
defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge, including
shipping costs. If neither of these options are possible,
we will refund your money. Normal wear and tear are not
covered.
We will notify you with the results of this diagnosis and
an explanation of the options mentioned above. We are
selling Fairphone spare parts, as well. You should repair
your Fairphone by yourself only if you know for sure that
the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect (in other
words, only when your Fairphone is out of warranty).
Additionally, in order to better understand your rights and
our procedures, please make sure to read the Terms and
Conditions and the full warranty statements for the spare
parts and the Fairphone on our website.
