PARAMETERS FOR THE AXES
Px00
Indicates the name associated to the axis. It may consist of a letter or a letter with
subindex, for example: A, A
B
, X, X
0
, etc.
Px01
Indicates whether the display of the axis position matches the reading of that axis or it
is the result of an arithmetic operation between the position readings of two axes.
Px02
Px03
These parameters are used when Px01 is set to display the result of an arithmetic
operation between the position readings of two axes.
Parameter Px02 indicates the first operand and Px03 the second one.
Px04
Indicates if the position of this axis is or not to be displayed on the screen.
Px05
Indicates whether the feedback signal used for this axis is square or sinusoidal.
Px06
Indicates whether it is a LINEAR or ROTARY axis.
Px07
Indicates the measuring units of the feedback pulses. MM/DEG, INCHES/DMS.
Px08
Indicates the counting direction. Positive or negative.
Px09
Indicates whether the position values can be displayed or not in Radius and Diameters.
Px10
Indicates the multiplication factor (x2 or x4) to be applied to the feedback pulses.
Px11
Indicates the multiplication factor (x5, x10, x20 or x25) to be applied to the sine-wave
feedback pulses besides the one indicated in Px10.
Px12
Indicates the feedback resolution used for this axis. Maximum 0.0001 mm/pulse or
0.000005 inch/pulse.
Px13
Indicates the display resolution used for this axis. The value assigned to this parameter
must be equal or greater than that of Px12.
Px14
Indicates the scaling factor to be applied to the programmed position values during the
execution of a program.
Px15
Indicates the lower travel limit for this axis. It is given as its position with respect to
machine Reference Zero (home).
Px16
Indicates the upper travel limit for this axis. It is given as its position with respect to
machine Reference Zero (home).
Px17 thru Px26
Define the leadscrew compensation table.
