Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 18 cookies
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cups rolled oats
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Using a mixer, combine the butter, brown sugar, honey, egg and water
thoroughly. Sift together the dry ingredients then stir in the oats. Add the dry
ingredients to the wet and mix. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
2. Drop by level tablespoonful’s of dough onto the cookie sheet, spacing about
2 inches apart.
3. Bake using
Cookie Function for 15 minutes. Allow cookies to sit on cookie
sheet for 3-4 minutes before removing to cool on a wire rack.
Baked Fish with Tomatoes
Serves 2
Time: 15 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 pound very ripe tomatoes, cored, quartered (halved if small)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
4 6-8-oz. boneless flounder fillets
Directions
1. Toss first 5 ingredients in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread out in an
even layer on cookie sheet.
2. Broil tomato mixture using
Broil Function for 5 minutes.
3. Season fish with salt and pepper. Arrange fish in a single layer over tomato
mixture. Roast fish with tomato mixture using
Fish Function for 15 minutes
until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Garlicky Cheese Stuffed Potatoes
Serves 4
Time: 1 hour + 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 head garlic, cloves attached
4-6 oz. baking potatoes

cup Asiago cheese, grated
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
Black pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Cut off top ½ inch from garlic head. Prick potatoes with fork.
2. Bake potatoes and garlic on wire rack using
Potato Function for 1 hour. Let
stand 10 minutes.
3. Separate ½ of the garlic cloves. Pinch the bottom of each clove to remove
from skins; throw skins away.
4. Cut slit lengthwise down center of each potato. Scoop potato from skins,
leaving ¼-inch thick shells.
5. Mash potatoes with 6 tablespoons of cheese, butter, oil, salt, paprika, black
pepper, and garlic.
6. Scoop potato mixture into shells; top with remaining cheese. Place potatoes
on cookie sheet and bake at 400°F using
Bake Function for 10 minutes or
until cheese is melted.
