CAM position.
Using the Camera in PIR Detection Mode
•
Mounting the camera to pillar or tree by the provided
mounting strap.
•
Open the cover and slide the switch from
OFF
position
to
A
or
B
or
CAM
position. At this point, the status display
will count down 60 seconds for you to close the cover and
lock it then leave the trigger area.
•
If you chose
CAM
position then make sure your camera is
in the
PIR
mode and not
TLS
(Time Lapse). If you are not
sure, please follow the “
Camera setup and program
”
above to set the camera into the proper mode.
To Capture Images, make sure display reads CAM:
Once the switch at
CAM
position, if the display does not read
CAM
then,
•
Slide the switch to the
TEST
position, the status display
will show the camera current status.
•
Press
[M]
button once to call out the program menu.
•
The word
PIR
will be blinking, press
[M]
to confirm the
camera’s operation is PIR detection.
•
Press
[UP]
or
[DN]
button until the word
CAM
is blinking.
•
Press
[M]
button ONCE to confirm and then press and
hold
[M]
Button 2 seconds to exit.
•
Then slide the switch from
TEST
position to
CAM
.
