.5  - Food undertray and carriage cleaning

•  Clean the undertray with a wet cloth 

and dry accurately.

Versions “TC-V” and “TC-VR” (Fig. 20)

•  Move the carriage close to the operator.

•  Clean the tray with a wet cloth and dry 

accurately.

Versions “TS-V”, “TS-VR” and “TS-VL”
(Fig. 20)

• 

Use  the  handle  (15)  to  move  the 
carriage close to the operator, move it 
to the right to release the teflon pin (26) 
and simultaneously raise the product 
tray (8) until it reaches resting position.
