.2 - Base cleaning
After removing the components like it’s described in the previous pages:
Use cut and laceration resistant safety gloves (see note at
page 29). DO NOT BECOME DISTRACTED !
ATTENTION: Before performing any
maintenance operation, disconnect the plug
from the power socket.
•
Clean all the disassembled parts and
the machine body using exclusively
hot water (at a temperature of at least
30°C) and a biodegradable frothy
dishwasher cleanser (at pH 7-8).
•
Use a soft, spongy cloth and, possibly,
a nylon brush for the tray (8) and the
product grip (10) sharp zones.
•
Rinse exclusively with hot water and
dry with soft and spongy cloths
.
DO NOT clean the machine with water jets, steam or similar
methods and with corrosive detergents in the dishwasher.

.3 - Blade cleaning
ATTENTION: Cutting hazard!
Use cut and laceration resistant safety gloves and carry out
all the operations with extreme care.
DO NOT BECOME DISTRACTED !
• Press on the blade (11) with a wet cloth slowly rubbing
with movements from the
inside to the outside
(towards the safety ring “25” and towards the gauge plate “17”)
(figure 18).
ALWAYS perform the blade (11) cleaning when the safety ring
(25) is mounted and when the gauge plate (17) is close to the
blade in safety position.
