POISON HAZARDS
Fumes emitted from the welding process displace
clean air and can result in injury or death. Do not
breathe in fumes emitted by the welding process.
Make sure your breathing air is clean and safe.
Work only in a well-ventilated area or use a ventila -
tion device to remove welding fumes from the en -
vironment where you will be working. Do not weld
on coated materials (galvanized, cadmium plated
or containing zinc, mercury or barium), as they emit
harmful fumes that are dangerous to breathe. If
necessary use a ventilator, respirator with air sup -
ply or remove the coating from the material in the
weld area. Refer to the material safety data sheet
for the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not weld
near materials that will emit toxic fumes when
heated. Vapors from cleaners, sprays and degreas -
ers can be highly toxic when heated.
ROTATING PARTS HAZARDS
Rotating parts can cause serious injury. Avoid
contacting the rotating parts when they are still
in rotation and make sure that you keep anything
that could be trapped in the operating machine,
such as loose hair and clothing, away. Keep your
hands away from the machining area when oper -
ating the machine.
ELECTRICITY HAZARDS
Make sure that the electric cables of the machine
and the mains plug, that it is connected to, are in
good condition and not worn. Never use a dam -
aged machine or a machine with damaged or
worn electric cables and plugs. Do not expose the
machine and the electric cables to wet conditions
and never touch when wet. Use a socket outlet
with ground contact. Do not come in contact with
grounded surfaces or electric cables, to avoid the
risk of electric shock. Do not use the cable to pull
the plug out of the socket. Always lead the pow -
er cable away from the rear of the machine and
protect it from heat, oil and sharp objects. . When
the machine is to be used outdoors, use only ex -
tension cords intended for outdoor use. The cross
section of any extension cable must measure at
least 1,5mm2 and the mains connection must be
protected by an appropriate fuse.
WORKING AREA HAZARDS
Thoroughly inspect the whole work area and use
a rake or yard brush to manually loosen debris and
remove anything that could be projected by the
machine, be a hazardous source or cause damage
to the machine if run over (stones, branches, iron
wire, bones etc.). Check that there are no bystand -
ers, animal or items that could be damaged within
at least 10 meters of the machine’s range of ac -
tion.
Work only in daylight, or with suitable artificial
light, in good visibility conditions. Try not to cause
any noise disturbance, by only using this machine
at reasonable times of the day.
Take on a firm and well-balanced position. Where
possible, avoid working on wet, slippery ground
or in any case on uneven or steep ground that
does not guarantee stability for the operator.
Storing of tools that are not in use should be done
in a dry and safe place away from the operating
machine and out of the reach of children.
Keep harmful arc rays shielded from the view of
others.
Mount the machine securely on a solid bench or
cart that will keep it stable and prevent it from
tipping over or falling.
REMAINING HAZARDS
The machine was built using modern technology
and in accordance with recognized safety rules.
Even when all safety measures are in place, some
remaining hazards, which are not yet evident, may
be present. The operator should use common
sense and take necessary precautions to avoid risk
due to remaining hazards.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
INTENDED USE
This product was designed and manufactured to
be used for welding of metal objects. It is suita -
ble for welding wire of diameter between 0,6 and
1,0mm.
Environmental conditions during operation as
follows:

Temperature of -10°C to +40°C.
f
Humidity ≤50% at 40°C and ≤90% at 20°C
f
Altitude less than 1000m.
Power supply requirements:
f
Frequency distortion should be less than ±1% of
rated value.
f
Fluctuation of voltage is less than ±10% of rated
value.
Any other use differing from the above-mentio -
ned ones could be hazardous, harm people and/or
damage things and the machine.
IMPROPER USE
The machine must not be used for handling hazar -
dous materials, e.g. accumulation of inflammable
or explosive products, solid material or any other
object that could be dangerous to the machine it -
self as well as the operator, bystanders, animals
or property.
Examples of improper use may include, but are
not limited to operating the machine:
1. Without the original accessories supplied by
the manufacturer.
2. With original accessories but in a way not in ac -
cordance to the instructions.
3. Without original spare parts.
4. With unauthorized modifications.
NOTE
According to the applicable product liability laws,
the manufacturer of the device does not assume lia -
bility for damages to the product or damages caused
by the product that occurs due to:
1. Improper handling no complied with the oper -
ating instructions.
2. Repairs by third parties and not by authorized
service technicians.
3. Installation of non-original spare parts.
