Using the Shutter

Using the Shutter

The optical shutter (figure below) is an electro-mechanical device which,
when activated from the main window, blocks light transmission/reflection
generation.

AUTION

Using the shutter continuously at a rate of one cycle per three
seconds may damage the instrument permanently or seriously reduce
its life cycle.

Select the

radio button to block light transmission/internal

reflection.

➤

Select the

OFF

radio button to enable light transmission/internal

reflection.

Note:

When the shutter is on, the reflection generated by the IQ-3300 is less than
-55 dB.
