12.1 XR2100 Optical Power Meter
Wavelength Range: 340-675 nm
Power Range: 50mW
–10W
*
Uncertainty**: ± 5% typical
*
Power Range vs Calibrated Range:
The photo sensor at the light guide input portion of the XR2100 is calibrated with an

lamp at power levels from approximately 200mW to 4W. Note that the
sensor
’s dynamic range extends beyond these limits. Higher values can be
measured and displayed, but fall into the extrapolated region of the calibration curve.
**XR2100 Uncertainty:
The XR2100 uncertainty is claimed to be ±5%. This means there is a 95%
probability the reported power measurement from the light guide input falls within
±5% of the NRC (National Research Council of Canada) reference standard.

XP750 Detector Uncertainty* (total):
±6%, typical
XP750 Detector Uncertainty:
The XP750 uncertainty is claimed to be ±6.0%. This means there is a 95%
probability the reported power measurement from the detector falls within ±6.0% of
the NRC (National Research Council of Canada) reference detector standard.
