This chapter describes the process of returning the autoloader for service.

If you need to return the autoloader for service, first contact your service

provider. If your service provider instructs you to return the autoloader

directly to Exabyte, contact Exabyte Technical Support to obtain a Return

Materials Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address (see

“Contacting Exabyte” on

page iv

). When you have the RMA number, follow

the instructions on the following pages.
