STEP 2: The Plan

[Bulbdial Assembly Guide]

In the first part of the build, 
we’ll  be  placing  various 

electronic components on 
the large blue circuit board. 

In  the  second  half,  we’ll  be  building  up  and 
aligning the three rings of LEDs.  The first ring is 

on  the main board, and  the  other  two rings 

have their own (red and green) circuit boards.
