Proceed as follows:

OPTIONS

Make sure the control panel is in the “ON” mode.

►

Make sure the keyboard is not locked and no procedure

is currently under process.

►

Press and release the HOME key (1), press and release

the MENU key

(3) to select the “HACCP ALARMS”.

HACCP ALARMS

Press and release the

(4) key, then press and

release the

(5) key or the

(6) key to select the

alarm (the higher is the number following the alarm code

the older is the alarm).

►

Press and release the

key: the display will show the information relating to the alarm.

►

Press and release the
