Attach left upper handlebar

Secure using two hex head bolts

Repeat for the right upper handlebar.
NOTE:
Ensure that the bolts are firmly tightened.
STEP 8
1.
Attach the left foot pedal tube

to the end of the U bracket of the left lower handlebar
(8L).
Secure
using one allen head bolt
