LEGAL REGULATIONS AND WARRANTY
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The UPS was designed in Poland and the device conform to the relevant standards.
The declaration of conformity is published at
WARRANTY
The warranty is specified in a separate document attached to the product. The
document must satisfy all formal requirements (e.g. date of sale, seller's stamp).
The manufacturer made their best efforts to ensure the offered products are free from
material and production defects for the duration specified in the warranty document.
The manufacturer’s warranty liability is limited to repairing or replacing products with
such defects. The method of redressing the defect is at the manufacturer's discretion.
The warranty is exclusive of devices that were damaged mechanically, damaged due
to negligence or improper use, or subject to any modifications by the user.
EVER Sp. z o.o. does not provide any guarantees or warranties, including the
guarantees of fitness for sale or for any specific purpose, other than the provisions
set out in the warranty card.
Apart from the stipulations in the warranty card, EVER Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable
for any direct, indirect, specific, accidental or consequential losses resulting from the
use of the UPS, even if the possibility of such losses was not advised. The
manufacturer shall not be liable for any costs, such as lost profit or revenue, the cost
of operation of equipment, software, data, the cost of replacement products, third
party claims and others.
