USB Ports
The front panel USB ports provide three separate func ti ons:
Connect a FAT32-forma tt ed USB thumb drive to either of the front/rear panel USB ports to
save any H9000R presets you have created or perform an o ffl ine fi rmware update.
A tt ach the included USB Wi-Fi adapter to connect the H9000R to a local area network, or to
u ti lize the Wi-Fi access point.
Connect a class-compliant USB MIDI controller for real- ti me adjustment of many H9000R
func ti ons.
Network Bu tt on
To the le ft of the pinhole is the Network Bu tt on. The LED in the center of this bu tt on will fl ash
while the H9000R is star ti ng up. This bu tt on is used to unlock the Network Se tti ngs (Sec ti on
6.1.2.3) in Emote, and to perform various Startup Sequences (Sec ti on A).
2.3. Rear Panel
The H9000 and H9000R have an iden ti cal rear panels. They o ff er a wide variety of audio and data
connec ti ons, allowing them to be used in many di ff erent environments and work fl ows.
