2. Using an adjustable wrench, remove the plugs from the two air valves on the fixture.
•
Do not discard the plugs. You will need to reattach them to the fixture after testing is
complete.
3. Attach the air hose to the SealerAtor by connecting the quick connect plug on the air hose
to the "Pressure/Vacuum to Fixture"quick connect coupler on the SealerAtor.
4. Using an adjustable wrench, attach the fitting on the other end of the air hose to the air
valve located on the fixture upper enclosure.
5. Seal the air valve located on the head of the fixture with the threaded bolt.
a. Insert a rubber washer onto the threaded bolt.
b. Use a flatblade screwdriver to screw the bolt into the air valve.
Perform the Test
1. Verify that the AIR IN/OUT valve on the SealerAtor is free from obstructions so that air can
move freely into and out of the SealerAtor.
2. Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot on the SealerAtor.
3. Use the provided power cable to connect the SealerAtor to a grounded power source.
4. Switch on the SealerAtor.
5. Engage the pan and tilt locks on the fixture.
6. Using the onboard UI or the PC software, select the necessary test options and start the
test.
7. Upon completion of the test, switch off the SealerAtor.
Disconnect the SealerAtor from the Fixture
1. Using an adjustable wrench, disconnect the air hose from the fixture.
2. Use a flatblade screwdriver to remove the threaded bolt from the fixture.
3. Using an adjustable wrench, reattach the plugs to the air valves on the fixture.
4. Reattach the back cover to the fixture.
a. Attach the safety cable to the attachment point on the head of the fixture.
b. Position the back cover on the fixture so that the screw holes in the cover is aligned with
the screw holes on the fixture.
c. Use a 3.0 mm hex key and the six screws to secure the back cover to the fixture.
