9.1 Connecting Remote Control
The wired end of the remote terminates at a male 7 pin XLR connector. Attach this connector to its
female counterpart, labeled Remote, located in the QT1-C Field Service Kit. Be sure that the connector
is fully seated to ensure connection to the system.

9.2 Using Remote Control
Once movement is initiated from the remote control, the up/down controls on the
QT1-C Field Service Kit control station become inactive while the button is pressed. The reverse is true
as well.
If a preset has been programmed for the selected hoist, the hoist will stop when it reaches the preset
location. To continue movement past this position, release the up [

] or down [

] button and then
press and hold again. Travel will continue.
Up/Stop
To move the load in an upward direction, press and hold the blue button depicting the "Up" arrow (

).
When the load reaches the desired elevation, release the blue button and the hoist will stop.
Down/Stop
To move the load downward, press and hold the green button depicting the "Down" arrow (

).
When the load reaches the desired elevation, release the green button and the hoist will stop.
