Functional description
In this pellet discharge system, the "pellet mole" moves to the pellets in the storeroom. The star-shaped drive rollers
allow the mole in the pellet store to move in all directions. The pellet hose is connected at the suction connection of
the mole and leads to the vacuum turbine of the boiler. The orientation is achieved by means of the integrated control
system, which is equipped with a tilt sensor and wall recognition. The mole is programmed to initially level the
material cone in the pellet store by targeting it. It then removes the pellets evenly from above, thereby almost
completely emptying the pellet store. Usually, only a residual amount of about 5-10% (of the original volume)
remains in the storeroom.

Mole
The mole receives the start and stop signal from the boiler. The electrical connection of the mole is made via the
connection box. The boiler signals are connected to this box and forwarded to the mole.
When filling the pellet store, the mole must be raised to the ceiling so it is not spilled or damaged by the pellets. The
lifting and lowering is done comfortably with the electric lifting module. By pressing the switch on the connection box,
the mole is raised or lowered again for operation.
The spring balancers guide the suction hose for the mole in the pellet store. For smooth and trouble-free operation,
a few points must be noted when positioning them. See the planning notes in chapter
