The ovens are all of equal depth and each is equipped with wire
shelves which can be set to the desired height. The shelves have
anti-pull out stops on their ends to prevent them from being pulled
out inadvertently; to remove a shelf, pull forward until the stop is
reached, then lift at the front and pull out of the oven. Use reverse
procedure to refit. If the shelves pull straight out then they are in
back to front!
