Repair services after sale
1. Read the instruction manual again and inspect first when problems occur.

if problems still can not be solved.
3. About the repair during the manufacturer warranty period
Period of guarantee is one year, the starting time is the date promised in purchase
contract. (excludes lamp/bulb)
The following issues are not covered under the manufacturer warranty:

Damage caused by natural disaster such as fire, storm, flood, etc.
·
Damage resulting from improper use of, or operation of, the instrument,
improperly grounded or poorly regulated electrical sources, etc.
·
Products repaired or modified by a non-ESS authorized facility.
4. Cautions about repairing:

For best results, ship the video processor to be repaired in the original box
and shipping foam. If those are not available, make sure the unit is well
padded and placed in a shipping container that gives at least three (3)
inches of space around all sides of the unit to the box walls. Please
remember to write down the problem or damage of the instrument on a
company letterhead, handwritten document with a business card attached
or with an ESS “Speed-Up” Repair Form (call & request faxed copy or
download from ESS website.)

Simple problems can be solved by a qualified technician according to
(Appendix I) Troubleshooting Guide.
Any other repair should be conducted only by ESS, INC. or an ESS
authorized repair technician/facility.
