Functional description
5.1
The programs
The control station has five independent programs. These programs can be used to save
or change the settings for the different devices. By starting a program, you can quickly
convert the station to another device or adapt the station to different tasks.
The programs are changed manually with the keys (+) and (-). Program 5 is available
for special applications, in which the heater monitoring is not enabled (see 6.2 on Error
Messages). With Program 5, therefore, the control station can also be used for measuring
temperatures.
The factory settings apply as long as no setpoints or parameters are entered. The follow
-
ing sections describe how to change the settings.
Note:
No heating monitoring occurs when the control station is operated with
Program 5. If the temperature sensor is not in the solder bath in this op-
erating mode, then the heating elements are continuously energized.
