Roll Paper Print Position and Cut Positions

Values are standard values. Paper slack can cause actual values to be somewhat different. For the
auto cutter cut position setting, take the variation in the value into consideration.

When removing cut paper, pulling the paper at the uncut edge can cause reduced printing pitch
for the first line of the next receipt. When performing a print operation after cutting paper, it is
recommended that paper be fed approximately 1 mm (14/360 inches) immediately before print-
ing in order to prevent non-uniform pitch.
•
When performing an auto cut operation after not using the product for some time, feed at least
40 mm of paper. This prevents paper jams inside the auto cutter.
