4.2.5.22 Timing Belt Removal

Place the carriage over the cutout in the base frame.

Remove the screw

X 8) securing the timing belt fixing plate at the back of the base

frame, then remove the belt fixing plate.

Remove the screw

X 12) securing the belt driven pulley mounting plate, then

remove the timing belt from the

pulley.

Release the timing belt from the belt drive pulley at the rear of the carriage motor.
